Course Description
The Award in Performance Management Program is a comprehensive learning experience designed to empower professionals with the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to enhance organisational performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
In Module 1, participants embark on a foundational exploration of KPIs and their pivotal role in strategic management. They define and understand the significance of KPIs, categorise different types, and actively develop KPIs for various functions while fostering a positive performance measurement culture.
Building on this foundation, Module 2 delves into the practical application of performance measurement development and monitoring. Participants gain insights into the step-by-step process, data collection methods, and the implementation of monitoring systems. The program enables participants not only to learn theory but also develop practical skills and competencies to align KPIs with strategic objectives, set meaningful targets, and communicate performance insights effectively.
Entry Requirements
EQF Level 3 or Equivalent qualification in English. In case of no formal qualification in English, Students will be assessed using an online tool to establish their CEFR level. A minimum Level of B2 is needed. Test: https://www.europa-school.co.uk/language-level-test/
Location Delivery
The course can be delivered either at the Saltwave facilities in Kordin or at the client’s premises.
