People who wish to start a job in the cleaning industry or upskill to develop more detailed knowledge of the industry and cleaning methods and techniques with key focus on customer service expected standards.
Course Description
The Award in Professional Cleaning Services is a comprehensive learning experience designed to provide participants with a comprehensive overview of the cleaning industry and the specifics needed to be able to operate successfully within it.
This programme is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to maintain optimal cleanliness and hygiene standards in office environments.
Through a combination of theoretical learning and hands-on practical exercises, participants will gain a deep understanding of the correct terminologies, infection control principles, industry standards, functional risks, and effective cleaning methods applicable to different settings.
Entry Requirements
EQF Level 2 or Equivalent qualification in English. In case of no formal qualification in English, Students will be assessed using an online tool to establish their CEFR level. A minimum Level of A2 is needed. Test: https://www.europa-school.co.uk/language-level-test/
Location Delivery
The course can be delivered either at the Saltwave facilities in Kordin or at the client’s premises.
Language
The course will be delivered in English however participants can be assisted in different languages to make sure that the desired learning is reaching.
