About the Course
This course leads to the Food Handling Licence B which is a requirement for all individuals who are directly involved in the preparation, production, and handling of food such as chefs, pastry chefs, butchers, kitchen help and all those with access to food storage. It is also suitable for those who are indirectly involved with food such as stewards, stewardesses, front of house, waiters, bar staff, cleaners, and cashiers.
